1. Who we are

ReachWMS, Inc. (“we”, “us”) provides automation tools to businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal information on our websites and when providing our Services. When we process personal information on behalf of a business customer inside the Services, we act as that customer’s service provider (processor) and handle it only on their instructions and under our agreement with them; that customer’s own privacy notice applies to that data.

2. Information we collect

3. How we use it

To provide, secure and support the Services; to respond to requests; to bill and administer accounts; to improve our products; to send service notices and, where allowed, marketing you can opt out of at any time; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to meet legal obligations. Where law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing our business, compliance with law, or your consent.

4. How we share it

We do not sell personal information. We share it with service providers that help us operate (such as hosting, email, payments, analytics and support tools) under confidentiality and data-protection terms; with professional advisers; when required by law or to protect rights, safety and security; and in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We share Customer Data only as the customer directs or as needed to provide the Services.

5. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal, tax and accounting duties, and to resolve disputes. Customer Data is kept for the life of the customer’s account and deleted or returned within a reasonable period after termination, unless law requires longer retention.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information we will notify you and regulators as required by law.

7. International transfers

We and our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use lawful transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR/UK GDPR, Canadian privacy laws, or US state laws such as California’s), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your regulator. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To exercise them, email [email protected]. If your data is held by us for one of our customers, we may direct your request to that customer.

9. Children

Our Services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Cookies

See our Cookie Policy.

11. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version with its date. We will give additional notice of material changes where required.
